MOBILE HOME TIE-DOWN INSPECTION
Living in the Tallahassee and the surrounding area, we are subject to wind storms and hurricanes. This makes it extremely important that those living in a mobile home, or manufactured home, ensure that their home is properly secured. Our mobile home tie-down inspection will assess the security of your mobile home to ensure that it meets FHA/VA requirements and Florida Department of Motor Vehicles chapter 15C.
WATER INTRUSION INSPECTION

INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY
Using high-tech infrared thermography, our inspectors are able to detect water damage due to leaks that may be undetectable to the naked eye. When leaks are present, they create temperature variations in the walls and building materials. Thermal imaging provides an advanced technique that uses non-invasive technology to detect moisture in building materials. It can also help to uncover potentially damaging issues with the building’s ventilation and insulation. Our infrared thermography inspection can even let you know if there are leaks or moisture under shower tiles. This is a fast and reliable report that will give you the advanced information you need.
